About the event
The Balanced Women Workshop is so much more than a Pilates class for women, it’s a platform for women who are often marginalised in the fitness and wellness space to take up space, to feel valued, to be educated about their health and to be part of a community.
The Balanced philosophy focuses on 3 elements: Move. Nurture. Thrive. This will be the theme of the workshop.
