Meet Steph
Hi! I’m Steph.
I am a physiotherapist and Pilates instructor.
I first started teaching Pilates to contribute to my work as a physiotherapist and fell in love with the amazing impact of Pilates that I was able to share with others.
Pilates is a full-body workout that allows you to strengthen and connect with your body and mind, through training foundational muscles needed for everyday life, balance, coordination, and flexibility.
Pilates to me is about inclusivity, diversity, and empowerment.
It helped me through a rough patch in my own life and now I have the opportunity to share its benefits with you.
My Approach
At Balanced by Steph, we follow a holistic approach to wellness. Our process involves understanding your unique needs and creating a tailored plan to help you achieve your wellness objectives. We believe in providing detailed explanations and support to ensure you have a clear understanding of the journey you're embarking on.
