As a physiotherapist and specialist Pilates instructor I'll help guide and advise you on which pathway suits you best.
Cancellation Policy
1. Scope of Services We provide specialised physiotherapy for: Women’s Health, including but not limited to pelvic floor rehabilitation, postnatal recovery, and musculoskeletal concerns. Paediatric Physiotherapy, focusing on infants, children, and adolescents with developmental, musculoskeletal, or neurological conditions. All assessments and treatments are tailored to individual needs and conducted by qualified, registered physiotherapists. 2. Consent and Attendance You (or your child’s legal guardian) must provide informed consent prior to the commencement of treatment. For paediatric sessions, a parent or legal guardian must be present for the entire session unless otherwise agreed. Adolescents (generally 13–17 years) may attend independently with prior written consent from a guardian, where appropriate. 3. Health and Medical Information You must provide accurate and complete medical history before treatment begins. Any changes in your (or your child’s) health status should be communicated to the physiotherapist before sessions. 4. Appointments and Cancellations Appointments can be made online, by phone, or via email. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the session cost. If you are late to an appointment, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting others. 5. Payment and Fees Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods include cash, card, or bank transfer. A full list of current fees is available upon request or via our website. 6. Confidentiality and Data Protection All personal and health information will be kept strictly confidential in accordance with professional standards and data protection laws (e.g., GDPR). We will never share your details without your explicit consent, unless required by law or to safeguard a vulnerable person. 7. Liability Our physiotherapists exercise all reasonable care and diligence during assessments and treatments. However, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury unless caused by proven negligence. It is your responsibility to follow advice, exercises, or rehabilitation plans provided during and between sessions. 8. Children's Safety and Safeguarding We are committed to safeguarding children and young people. Any concerns about a child’s welfare that arise during treatment may be reported to appropriate safeguarding authorities in line with legal obligation
