Balanced by Steph classes include a range of excises to strengthen your foundational muscles crucial of everyday life, endurability and longevity. But most of all, the flow of the classes are designed to make you feel AMAZING.
Why Infant Massage?
Infant massage is an ancient practice across that exists across cultures. At some point in history the practice of nurturing touch in some communities has been lost. Trained by the International Association of Infant Massage, Steph's classes are more than simply teaching massage strokes. Instead, they incorporate education, discussion, movement and nurturing touch, stimulating a wealth of benefits for the whole family unit.

Really enjoyed the session, it was my first session and I was worried I wouldn’t be able to keep up with the group but I had nothing to worry about because Steph’s instructions was clear throughout and she also provided alternatives to the exercise! Steph also goes around to check individually to make sure that are targeting the right areas! All round I had a great experience and I will be subscribing for further sessions!
