Despite the growing awareness of women’s health, there is still a significant gap in the fitness world when it comes to addressing the unique needs of women, especially those who are pregnant, postpartum, or living with conditions like endometriosis, PCOS, or pelvic floor dysfunction.
So often, women are told to “push through the pain” or are made to feel like their needs are less important than their male counterparts in the fitness space.
Pregnancy and postpartum recovery, in particular, are times when women’s bodies are going through incredible changes, and they need specialised care. But instead of being supported, many women feel overlooked or even unsafe in traditional fitness settings. This realisation became the driving force behind my mission: to create a space where women’s needs are prioritised and where they feel empowered to pursue their wellness goals.
