My Inspiration

I’ve always believed in the power of movement, and it was this belief that led me to pursue a career in physiotherapy. Through my training and early work, I discovered Pilates—a form of exercise that not only supports physical rehabilitation but also encourages mindfulness, body awareness, and strength. Pilates became the perfect complement to my physiotherapy practice, offering a holistic approach to wellness that addresses both body and mind.

Working with women and babies has been at the heart of my career. Whether it’s helping a new mother regain strength after childbirth, supporting parents to connect with their babies on the neonatal unit through movement and touch, or guiding someone through the physical changes that come with hormonal imbalance, I’ve found immense fulfilment in empowering women to take control of their health and well-being.
